KLASJA HABJAN
Klasja Habjan is an illustrator, a graphic designer and a writer. Her affinity for illustrating her stories (or, the other way around, for accompanying her graphic templates with writing) characterizes her solo exhibitions (“Melting”, Kranjčar Gallery, Zagreb, 2022, “Finally, somebody!” Rigo Gallery, Novigrad, 2020, “Pieces”, Šira Gallery, Zagreb, 2019). “The Spirit of the Bauhaus” comic book (MSU, 2020) is Klasja’s second book, which, by the decision of the Croatian section of IBBY, was selected for the International Biennale of Illustration in Bratislava 2023. She illustrated a children’s book “Piccola con Piccolo” by Bruno Mezić (Mala Zvona, 2020) and she is currently working on a new title, “Tminice”, by Igor Rajki (Mala Zvona, 2023).
